Info: Imported from Sichuan, and so named because it grows pointing up to the heavens, this is my very favourite chilli. I love the citrussy flavour with some punchy heat. I use it for stirfrying cabbage and it's the only way the kids will eat the green stuff, and cooked with sichuan pepper it is a vital ingredient in a Sichuan hotpot, which is the Chinese version of fondue - wonderful! We use Facing Heaven in our Dragon's Blood Hot Green Salsa to amazing effect.
